I am trying to locate a copy of the New York State Bar Association Unlawful
Practice of Law Committee opinion # 13. All I know about this is this is
that it is probably from before 1980 and that is NOT an ethics opinion -
The Bar Assoc. had told me that they never really made these publicy
available, but some libraries may have collected them individually - They
are not on any online service, but I did find an internet cite to a
collection of these opinions , dated 1977 and given the call # KFN
5076.5/A3 (I do not know what Library this was found in.)
Can anyone help? Please let me know if you have any info - even a date
would be helpful. Thanks.
