The library received today the 4th ed. of Treister et al. Fundamentals of Bankruptcy Law that includes a 1998 supplement. The book is a reprint of the 1996 bound volume and includes a 20 page 1998 supplement at the end of the volume. Plus the new volume is a paperback! ALI-ABA is charging $95.00 for the book plus postage and tax ($93.35 if on a standing order). This is outrageous if you have the original bound volume. You are therefore being charged $93 for the 20 page update. I hope ALI-ABA will not continue to do this with their other publications!
