Just a note to you law libbers. We recently received an annual billing on
our West statement for the Federal Local Court Rules. The dates covered
were for 5/98 to 4/99. When we paid for this subscription through
Bancroft Whitney, the subscription ran June through May, not May through
April. Our statement last year from West just said annual charge, no
dates indicated. This year however the statement indicates May through
April. Just a suggestion that you check your annual charges carefully to
make sure they are not trying to overlap these annual charges, and in
effect double charging for one month.
