Hello:
Does anyone know where the briefs in USSC #97-1779, Richards v. Lloyd's
of London, might be gotten, short of contacting the attorneys? The patron
is seeking the briefs filed with the Supreme Court, not the appeals court.
I have not found them in the Briefs files on WESTLAW or LEXIS.
