Beth - can you check this for me before I send it to law-lib?
We're looking for the regulations which were issued with Bahama's Insurance
Act of 1969 and its External Insurance Act of 1983. We looked at foreign
law archives in our area (Chicago) and the Internet and have struck out.
We have the statutes, but can't locate the regs. Also, we've checked OCLC
for any holdings, but all we can find are copies of an outdated NILS set
which can't be located either. We have ordered them from the equivalent
of the GPO in the Bahamas, but it seems that these things take time and it
may be several weeks before they arrive. If you happen to have these regs.
or can give us a lead on where they might be located, we'd really
appreciate it if you could let us know.
