One of our faculty members would like an English language
translation of an Israeli decision. We did not find Israeli
decisions to be available on Westlaw, Lexis or the Internet. The
case is:
Nachmani v. Nachmani, C.A. 5587/93 (March 30, 1995)
I located the bibliographic record for "Selected Judgments of the
Supreme Court of Israel," but as far as I can determine, the set only
goes through 1988. None of our dictionaries tell me what "C.A."
stands for, so I can't retrieve a bib record for the original
reporter.
Can anyone tell me the title of a source which publishes English
translations of Israeli cases and which might be current through
1995 decisions, or what C.A. stands for so that I can search for the
bib record for that reporter and request an interlibrary loan? Any
help you can give me is very much appreciated.
