An attorney wants a looseleaf or newsletter which will keep her
posted on new and pending federal and state legislation and cases in the
area of managed care, particularly with respect to mental health. I'm
aware of the following looseleafs/newsletters (none of which we have).
I would appreciate any opinions about which might be the most useful.
(1) Mealey's Litigation Report: Managed Care.
(2) Falukner & Gray's Managed Care Alert.
(3) Andrew's Managed Care Litigation Reporter.
(4) Aspen Law & Business' Managed Care Quarterly.
(5) BNA's Managed Care Reporter.
