Will provide our FedEx account number to send and return a copy of PLI's course handbook titled, "How to Prepare an Intitial Public Offering."

PLI is out of stock on the 1997 edition,
Has not reprinted the 1996 edition, and
will not issue the 1998 edition until Sep98.

We're stuck with a 93 edition.
