The following error appears on the title page of a PLI course handbook:
10TH ANNUAL ELDER LAW INSTITUTE: REPRESENTING THE ELDERLY CLIENT OF
MODEST MEANS
This title was issued in two series:
With spine number D-263, it was issued in the Tax Law and Estate
Planning Series-Estate Planning and Administration Subseries (red). The
order number for this version is D0-001F.
With spine number F-18, it was issued in the New York Practice Skills
Series (silver). The order number for this version is F0-001E.
The title page, however, does not mention the Tax and Estate Planning
Series-Estate Planning and Administration Subseries. Rather, the
Litigation and Administrative Practice Series-Litigation Subseries is
incorrectly bannered, along with, correctly, the New York Practice
Skills Series.
All other distinguishing attributes (colors, spine numbers, order
numbers) are correct.
We apologize for this error, and thank Pat Lemmerts of the Los Angeles
County Law Library for bringing our attention to it.
