Janet:

Volumes 10 and 11 of Summary of Pennsylvania Jurisprudence 2d cover trusts as part of a three-volume set on Probate Estates and Trusts (vols. 9-11). It is a Lawyers Coop encylcopedia of basic statutory law.

Hope this helps.

If anyone knows of an authoritative source on Pennsylvania trusts,
please email me directly. I have checked the LC catalog on the web and
the Pennsylvania Bar Institute home page, and have only identified a
1970 bar review text, and the first two volumes of Pennsylvania
Practice.

Thanks,
