I am trying to locate a Fulton County Superior Court case by Judge
Daniel involving the parties Reed and Eastern Electric Apparatus Repair
Company. I have the Georgia Appeals Court case 194 Ga. App. 650 but we
are trying to locate the lower court opinion. The Georgia Appeals Court
site is 194 Ga. App. 650 or 391 S.E.2d 472, Reed v. Eastern Electric
Apparatus Repair Company (1990). Any information or ideas on how to get
information on the Superior court case would be appreciated. Thanks
much.
