Question for Georgia librarians

I am finding the abbreviation "R.C.L." in older Georgia cases - it
appears to be something like AmJur or CalJur, and doesn't appeaer in the
current Bieber's. Could someone in Georgia let me know what the
abbreviation stands for? Thanks very much.
