I am looking for a copy of law # 24 of Feb 1, 1966 (Panama's limited liability companies law). I couldn't find it on the internet. English or Spanish is fine as the attorney involved is bilingual. The date is what he told me, but I'm not sure that it's correct; it might be 1996. Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA!!
