I am trying to identify some birth defects cases for which the
information I have is probably highly inaccurate. The information as
given to me was:
1. Wyatt-Jose v. Eli Lilly, Merck & Abbott, et al. (1991)
2. Ruiz v. Chloride Battery (Kansas City, Kansas)
3. Cassens v. Bristol Myers (New York)
4. Schledowitz v. The Shearing Corporation (Colorado)
I have already determined that the Ruiz case actually was against Eli
Lilly (Ruiz v. Eli Lilly and Co., 952 F.2d 407 (Table, Text in WESTLAW),
Unpublished Disposition, 1991 WL 270725 (9th Cir.(Ariz.), Dec 17, 1991)
(NO. 90-16449, 90-16719)). I also believe that Shearing Corp. is
actually Schering Corp.
I know this is a long shot, but I feel like I'm trying to put together
several different puzzles whose pieces have all been jumbled together in
one box and I don't know what the final pictures are supposed to be! If
anyone out there has done any work in this area and would know the names
on sight, I'd appreciate your help. Thanks!
