Has anyone gotten a copy of the ABA Formal Opinion 98-401, released
3/12/98. It deals with guidelines for lawyers who serve as directors or
corporations that received legal advice from the lawyers firm. It is
not on Lexis or Westlaw and I do not have access to the ABA subscription
site. Has anyone gotten a copy of this?
