Colleagues:
I recall that a few years ago the ABA issued an ethics opinion
regarding the addition of a profit percentage over and above the actual
costs of Westlaw searches (when billing clients). I need to locate that
opinion. Is there a web resource, or can some kind soul provide a copy? I
did search abanet.com, but did not find anything helpful. Thanks!
