We have exhausted all our in-state contacts, including the
Tennessee Attorney General's Office (this is one of the
"lost" years), for an opinion discussing the Hall Income Tax
dated Sept. 27, 1939. "Someone" has a copy since it is
referred to in CCH's Tennessee Tax Reports on page 1551 in
topical annotation .55. Of course one of our attorneys needs
this today. If anyone out there -- including a friendly CCH
