The 1991 Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions are the newest that are available.
The Sixth Circuit has no civil jury instructions. We get this question every
day here in the library.

Need the 6th Circuit Pattern Jury Instructions for Civil
and Criminal matters.

The last West Criminal pamphlet was 1991. They do not
publish the civil materials for this circuit.

Where can I obtain copies of the Civil Jury Instructions;
and is there a more current Criminal edition?

TIA,
