Dear Lawlibbers:

One of our visiting German law students needs the following for his thesis --

The UCC PEB (Permanent Editorial Board) Comments. The article he is looking for is on "Electronic Filing." He believes the article is in Comment number 15 or 16. Does anyone out there get the PEB Comments?
