37 CFR - found it!

I've had a number of requests to post where I found this information, so
here it is. Title 37 of the CFR is available on West's CFR CD-ROM (Premise)
and on MB's Intellectual Property CD-ROM (under IP Primary Law Sources).
I still haven't found a one stop website, although when USPTO updates
their MPEP file, it should be available there. Thanks to everyone who
helped me find this information.
