Does anyone know of a source (print or online - other than LEXIS and WL)
that has the new patent regulations? The CFR was updated July 1997, but
the regs were extensively revised in Oct. 1997. GPO Access has the July
version and I know I can update that through the Federal Register, but I'm
looking for something that has all the regs in one place. I didn't find what I
wanted at the USPTO website. Can anyone help? TIA!
