There are dumb questions, and lord knows I've asked my share. However,
there are also stupendously dumb questions that usually stem from a
complete lack of knowledge of what's out there. "I want every article
ever published on Volkswagons" is a reference request that stands out in
my mind. This was back in pre-Nexis days when the best we could do on
short notice was the NYTimes and WSJ microfilm plus a few business
magazines!
