Hello all. Have you heard of a yearly review that lists major (or
all) U.S. bankrupcy decisions? I called the American Bankruptcy
Institute and this was unfamiliar to them. They referred me to West,
who had a current review and one coming out for 1998. I need reviews
for the last 5 or 6 years.
The title of what I'm looking for may be "American Bankruptcy Review."
