Several months ago I had asked about the availability of some type of
patient index that hospitals seem to have which lists every patient's
name. I did not get any leads on such index. The paralegal in our
firm just E-mailed me of another mention of this type of index in a
surveillance report where the detective states he did a "canvas of area
hospital facilities' computer indexes" to determine if the party had ever
been treated and for what. If you know that an index like this does
exist, please E-mail or call me with the information. Contacting the
detective or his agency is not an option for us. Thank you for your
