SEC Forms

Regarding my query for SEC forms a few weeks ago, I have just
received this update form the SEC web support personnel:

    We will be starting to post some of the SEC paper forms on the
     website in PDF (Adobe Acrobat(R)) format later this year. Note
     that there are, as yet, no plans to *receive* or *process* these
     electronically: you would have to print them out, fill them out,
     and mail them in (postal mail).

     In the meantime, for paper copies, contact the Publications
     Office: (202) 942-4040
