TIARA CD-ROM available from Oceana Publications contains the full text of 9,000+ treaties to which the US is a signatory. Also, treaties contained in TIARA are available via Documents on Demand from Oceana (www.oceanalaw.com).

Subject: Technical explanations of treaties?

One of my attorneys needs to know if there are any resources for
explication of diplomatic treaties, as there are technical explanations of
tax treaties and the like. Specifically, she's researching a section of
the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961). I have Treaties in
Force, but nothing else. We've found nothing on Lexis or Westlaw. Is
there a print resource I'm not aware of? If you can help, I'd appreciate
it.

I'm also going to call the UN....
