In several web sites dealing with the topic of cryptography there has been
a quote attributed to Edgar Allan Poe. It is along the lines that there is
no such thing as a cipher that cannot be broken. Unfortunately, the
precise source of the quote is never given. Could some kind soul help me
with the actual source of this quote, as I'd like to use it in a paper I am
giving on encryption in a few weeks. Many Thanks in advance !
