Is anyone aware of a source for retrieving (not necessarily online)
information about Mergers and Acquisitions? I know of a company in Newark,
NJ called Securities Data that will cull information regarding companies and
their acquisitions and/or mergers. We are now trying to find another source
to ascertain whether or not the pricing from this company is appropriate.
Ultimately, what we are looking for is information for a particular year on
mergers and acquisitions by companies that are incorporated in Pennsylvania.
If anyone has used any other company to obtain this information, I'd be very
grateful for a heads-up about available services.
