Hello,
We are trying to track down the above case rendered by the Quebec Court of
Appeal sometime in the last 2 years. We checked Lexis, the Canadian Supreme
Court Web site the Canadian Case Citator etc and have had no luck.
We need both the Appeal and the judgment in the first instance. If anybody
has any good ideas about getting this judgment. I would be greatful for any
assistance.
