We are looking for sample language for
discount club agreements between the
club offering the discount (typically
affinity groups such as travel-oriented
groups or housing developers) and the
participating retailers. We have
exhausted our local library resources.
Any suggestions of treatises or articles
with checklists of issues would be most
appreciated.
