Thanks to Sylvia Reuben, Laura Cadra, Mark Mackler and Denise Mahaney I found that the information formerly published as the CSC Representation Directory can be obtained by calling customer service of the United States Company Company. The number is 800 872 4636 and additional information is available on their web site at http://www.incspot.com
Essentially, they will send (for free) a ten page printout of their agents in each state. My client is pleased to obtain this information without having to make a purchase.
