Does anyone have a good source for state specific legal forms? This
has been a recurring problem for me. Our attorneys hesitate to use
generic all states forms and much prefer state specific forms. Wisconsin
has a great source called WI Legal Blank that sells legal forms
specifically prepared for the State of Wisconsin. I've had a
difficult time tracking down similar sources for other states.
Right now I'm looking for a Florida Offer to Purchase a Condominium
and a Florida Condominium Deed. I believe that a company named
RAMCO may produce such Florida forms, but I have not been able to
find a phone number for them.
I'd love to compile a list of contacts and phone numbers for state
specific forms from every state and would be happy to forward to the
listserv. Please contact me if you know of any such sources for your
state, if you have a phone number for RAMCO, or if you would be able
to fax/send the above Florida forms.
