I have been asked to do a "small favor" for one our attorneys and I now
turn to my Arizona colleagues for assistance.
Can someone please fax to me a copy of the Arizona Affidavit of Financial
Information? I believe this is in regards to child support enforcement. I
have already checked the Maricopa County Self Help Center forms web site,
but I did not find it there.
