found "last chance" agreement-thanks

Thanks to the folks with leads on the "last chance" agreements for employees
who continually screw up. I found one in the BNA Labor Relations Reporter in
an arbitration decision. Thanks to Jan Novak, Clev. Law Lib who sent an "Iron
