Considering that the Restatements are published by West/ALI, I'd say
there's an issue of copyright here. If West wants to publish, I'm sure
it won't be free.

A few days ago I asked about whether the Restatements of Law was
available from a website. I received responses from several people.
The
answer I got from all of the respondents is NO. Maybe it is time for
someone (e.g., ALI) to develop a site like this.
