Hi,

I have an urgent request for a 1940 statute. It is unavailable on Westlaw.

The cite is : Comp. Gen. Laws section 5850(1) and 1940 supp. Private attorney will pay reasonable charges for a fax to our library (719-448-7685) to my attention.

A fax today would be ideal, but first thing in the morning would be acceptable.
