Just off-hand, does anyone know if Form 10-SB (General Form for
Registration of Securities of Small business Issuers) has to be filed:
a) mandated electronic submission (EDGAR)
b) permitted electronic submission
c) submitted in paper only
I can't figure it out from reading 17 CFR and releases.
I have the form out of CCH.
I've called the SEC.
Anyone have a sample form filled out?
Sorry to pose a question bordering on legal advice.
