I am hoping that some library has kept this old encyclopedia. I have been unable to
find it locally and the attorney says what he needs is from 1910 (that's right-1910).
He needs: 34 Cyclopedia of Law & Practice 1359 (1910). If any kind soul still has this
and can fax this section to me I would appreciate it (subject should be "treatment of the
replevin of commingled goods").
