I'm brand new to this list, and have a question for the group.

Has anyone used the Virtual Law Library?

Is it worth the $70.00 price tag?

My local law enforcement agency is trying to supplement the use of the
Lexis/Nexis DB, and was wondering if the V.L.L. would do it. I have my
doubts.
