Hello,
For a project for the director here, I am looking for
building/construction standards for library floors. The California UBC
seems to say 125 pounds per square foot, but we believe that somewhere says
more
are recommended. We do have the standard book - Planning Academic and
Research Library Buildings by Metcalf (1986). But I'll be darned if I can
find anything else. If you know of a source or have related documents, I'd
love to hear from you. Thanks. Peg
