I have been asked to obtain a copy of "The
History of Development of the CGL Policy" by
Marta (Manta?) and Buck, from the 1990
Program Materials, ABA Committee on
Insurance Litigation. I believe this is the
Committee on Insur. Coverage Litig., of the
ABA Section of Litigation.
I have had no luck online or within our local law
library community.
If you have these materials, could I borrow the
volume? We will be glad to pay any costs
associated.
