I'm trying to obtain a copy of an FTC report on automobile repair service
fraud released in October-November, 1995. I put in a call to the FTC, but
thus far, I haven't received a call-back, and of course I have a time
constraint. According to articles discussing the report, it's about 54
pages long. Nevertheless, if anyone can help me get a copy, I'd
appreciate it. The FTC home page is no help by the way.
