Fran, we are using the IHS cd-rom products, State Banking Library on
cd-rom and Banking Library (for all federal resources) cd-rom. The
search software is unique but well worth learning because these
resources work very well for our needs here. I'm not familiar with any
great state by state pubs, though Glasser LegalWorks' monthly
newsletter, "Electronic Banking and Commerce" often has state charts.
Our law clerks become our state-by-state resources!
IHS: 1-800-553-8629,option 2. Kevin is very good customer service
person there, and you could probably trial the cd-roms.
