Is there any single handy-dandy summary of how to find, say, a
recent law review article on a fairly narrow subject, such as as how
much latitude a 501(c)(3) foundation has to engage in educational work
in foreign countries where that work -- for example, building a civil
society based on the Rule of Law -- is deemed "political activity" by
some or all of those foreign countries? Does the assertion by such
countries that those activities are "partisan political activities" have
any bearing upon an IRS determination whether such activities are
"political" and hence not "exempt activities" and therefore
constitute grounds for denial of 501(c)(3) status? Suppose I wanted to
find law review articles on the Internet addressing this question -- how
would I find the best three?
