I need a copy of the "prior Law" as cited at the end of each section of
Vernon's Texas Civil Code Annotated - Local Government Code, Chapter
395. The citation is to the prior law that was repealed due to
recodification in 1989, and reads as follows:

Vernon's Ann. Civ.St. art. 1269j-4.11

As I indicated in my previous posting, I would appreciate any help in
obtaining a copy of the repealed section as soon as possible.
