I must obtain the text of the San Antonio Municipal Code relating to
"Impact Fees" that was in effect during 1982-84 as soon as possible. I
have a copy of the current law, which is Chapter 35 (Unified
Development Code), Article V (Impact Fees), Sec. 35-5001 et seq.
According to the cites listed at the end of each section, Article V was
adopted by Ord. No. 71729, Sec.1 (Att. I, Sec.6), 6-14-90). If anyone
can provide a copy of the superseded law, or direct me to a possible
source, I would appreciate the help.
