We are thinking of buying several books from the Rocky Mountain Mineral
Law Foundation dealing with Mining Agreements.

We would like to examine a few sample forms from these or other
sources dealing with "Area of Interest" provisions (whatever they are).

I have a table of contents from a RMMLF title "Institute on Mining
Agreements II" which lists "Paper 6" for "Area of Interest" Provisions.

If you can FAX or mail whatever you have on this, I'd appreciate it very
much.
