And if you can't wait, get the Dun & Bradstreet online service.
1-800-234-3867. We use their online software to search directly; it's
user-friendly and we have been very pleased. D&B can also do the
research and fax reports to you.

We still have Westmate 5.28 for Windows
available, and this was one of the reasons. My
understanding is that West knows and is trying to
correct this.

We have encountered a problem when trying to
print an entire Dun &
Bradstreet report offline using Westmate version
6.3 software. It's not a
network issue because it is also impossible to do
using the standalone
Westlaw PC. We can't find any command that
allows offline printing of the
entire document but can print page-by-page, which
is time-consuming and
seems almost a step backward. Westlaw's
technical support said that only
single page printing is available, but we can't
believe we are the only
library to inquire. We have been trying not to use
the Westmate DOS version
as it will soon disappear from our network. Has
anyone found a work-around,
or knows if Westlaw is working on this printing
dilemma? Thanks! Regards,
Martha
