Barbara, we too are having the same problem with our McCarthy on Trademarks
and Unfair Competition. We never received release #2, but we received both 3
& 4. We have been trying to claim it since October and have yet to receive
anything. I was hoping that West would have gotten themselves together by
now, but I don't think we are going to see that anytime soon. We will
continue to try and fix the McCarthy situation, along with all the other
West problems we are dealing with. Good luck.
