Michie or Lexis Law Publishing?

Has anyone else noticed that the new invoices from Michie/Lexis Law Publishing
are a tad confusing? The "pay to" still says "Michie" but the masthead says
Lexis Law Publishing AND Michie. So, who are they? The few items I receive
(USCS cd-rom, the Supreme Court reporter (formerly an LCP product)) have Lexis
Law Publishing on the spine/cd-rom.

Can anyone clear this up? Comments from Lexis?
